Shipping policy

    

Shipping Policies:
We are currently shipping via Canadapost, Canpar, UPS, Fedex, and Purolator.  Manitoulin Transport for large freight (within Canada). Carriers for USA may differ and can change without notice.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the contents of your shopping cart.  There are occasionally special offers that can earn you free shipping.  These offers will change without notice.  *Free shipping is not available for USA orders*

Our customer service staff are processing online orders Monday through Friday and aim to have processing and shipping completed within 24 hours. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders received after 2pm on Fridays and on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the following Monday or the next shipping weekday. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.  Track your package at the carrier's website to see your estimated delivery date.  Estimated delivery times are as follows below for shipping times within Canada. Once packages are with the associated courier, 3ride does not have control of delays they may encounter and do not have access to information outside of what is found on the respective websites.

Ontario/Quebec/Manitoba:  2-3 business days (3 days rural)
BC/Alberta/Sask/New Brunswick:   3-5 business days (5 days rural)
NWT/Yukon/Maritimes:  4-8 business days
Nunavut:  7-20 business days (schedule dependent)

*“Days” refers to business days only.  It does not include holidays, weekends, and the day the shipment takes place. Day 1 is considered the following day after pickup. Processing times can be 1-2 business days and are not included in the "ship transit time".

*USA/International Orders Please Note: Packages shipped outside of Canada DO NOT follow the above noted guidelines and are subject to extended times due to customs clearance (which can vary greatly in time). As a retailer, we do not have control over US Border Clearance time and the associated couriers that facilitate the clearance.

Our shipping policy does not include duties and taxes for USA. This means that the price you pay for shipping only covers the cost of transporting the item to your destination, and you, the buyer, will be responsible for any additional customs duties or import taxes levied by your country when the package arrives; these charges will need to be paid separately to the customs authority upon delivery.
Only the State, Province and Country can determine the costs of this, we are unable to determine this.

Restricted Brands: Not all brands can ship outside of Canadian borders and may have territorial restrictions.  Therefore 3ride is unable to ship all products outside of Canada due to contractual restrictions.

Alternate Couriers: Occasionally we need to choose an alternate shipping provider for your delivery. This could occur if an alternate provider can provide faster service or a lower rate for shipping your parcel. 

In-Store Pickup:
In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call, email, or text you once your order is ready for pickup.
If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store.

*Free shipping offers apply to orders shipped within eligible areas only, defined as  standard service areas. Deliveries to locations outside these standard service areas—including, but not limited to, remote, rural, northern, or extended service zones—are not eligible for free shipping.

If an order is placed for delivery to an address outside our standard service areas, additional shipping charges may apply. In such cases, we reserve the right to contact you with a revised shipping quote prior to processing your order.
