Bicycle Repair Technician
We are looking for an amazing individual to join our service team! As a Service technician, you will have a chance to learn all about the latest and greatest bicycle tech. Specific to this role, you will be responsible for the following;
- Play a key role in shop service team by overseeing work orders for bicycle servicing and providing guidance.
- Coordinating our customer communication checklist and ensuring execution of listed items. This includes assisting customers with bike assessments, estimates and quotes.
- Repair and maintain all types of bicycles, including ebikes, mountain bikes, hybrid, and cargo bikes, etc. Provide thorough and proficient complete bike builds, repairs, tune ups, inspection checks, and accessory installs on time by following standardized processes
- Utilize computerized system to input and coordinate day-to-day schedule of events, service part inventory, and complete bicycle inventory.

Bicycle Sales Associate
We are looking for an amazing individual to join our sales team! As a Sales Associate, you will have a chance to learn all about bikes, connect with fellow bike enthusiasts, and to build meaningful relationships with our customers. Specific to this role, you will be responsible for the following;
- Provide a friendly and professional customer service experience
- Share your bicycle knowledge with interested customers guiding their shopping experience.
- Support the webstore team with customer service and order fulfillment
- Assist in inventory upkeep and merchandising
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Inspect products for damage, missing items, or discrepancies and resolve issues independently
- Label, organize, and store merchandise efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records, generate reports, and track stock levels
