Bicycle Service Technician / Sales Associate
What we are looking for:
- The ideal candidate will be a passionate cyclist
- Prior experience in customer service
- Strong bicycle mechanic background - ideally 1 year in a bicycle service shop, or a demonstrable history of working on your own bike.
- Passion for developing relationships with customers
- Ability to multitask & skilled at online research
- Ability to learn quickly in an ever changing environment
- Professional communication with managers and team members
Job Duties:
- Processing sales transactions
- Working on new bikes, customer bikes and custom builds
- Greeting customers in the store and on the phone, and providing top notch customer service
- Actively maintaining store appearance, keeping merchandise stocked and organized
- Assisting with re-stocking and pricing duties, including sale preparation as required
- Booking bikes in for service work
- Communicating with customers about their repairs (via phone, text & email)
Schedule: 6-8 hour shift per day, 20-40 hours per week - Weekends.
Part-Time and Full-Time positions available.
