What we are looking for:

• The ideal candidate will be a passionate cyclist
• Prior experience in customer service
• Strong bicycle mechanic background - ideally 1 year in a bicycle service shop, or a demonstrable history of working on your own bike.
• Passion for developing relationships with customers
• Ability to multitask & skilled at online research
• Ability to learn quickly in an ever changing environment
• Professional communication with managers and team members

Job Duties:

• Processing sales transactions
• Working on new bikes, customer bikes and custom builds
• Greeting customers in the store and on the phone, and providing top notch customer service
• Actively maintaining store appearance, keeping merchandise stocked and organized
• Assisting with re-stocking and pricing duties, including sale preparation as required
• Booking bikes in for service work
• Communicating with customers about their repairs (via phone, text & email)

Schedule: 6-8 hour shift per day, 20-40 hours per week - Weekends.

Part-Time and Full-Time positions available.
