Refund policy
Online Returns & Exchanges:
Most items purchased at 3ride.com can be exchanged or returned for a refund.
Exceptions:
•All discounted/clearance items are FINAL SALE.
•Car Racks are FINAL SALE (Due to public safety regulations).
•Child Carriers are FINAL SALE (Due to public safety regulations).
•Helmets are FINAL SALE (Due to public safety regulations).
•Unassembled Complete Bikes are exchange only or final sale if a sale item.
•Assembled bikes cannot be returned or exchanged.
•Scooters and skateboards cannot be returned or exchanged.
•Custom Wheels are final sale.
•Installed components final sale.
•Special Orders items are final sale.
Instructions for online Returns & Exchanges:
Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, simply call our sales office at: 1-807-286-1793 or email us at help@3ride.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) if the order meets the requirements for return. The item(s) can then be mailed back to us at customers expense, accompanied with original receipt and the return authorization number. All item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and 'brand-new', unopened and unused condition. Once we receive your returned item, we will contact you to complete the exchange or return. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error made by 3RIDE. For your own protection, we suggest customers use a delivery method that can be traced. 3RIDE cannot be held responsible for any returned item(s) that are lost in the mail. Returns must be started within 7 days of receiving your package otherwise will not be accepted. To ensure your return is approved before mailing, please call for authorization.
***Please note that in cases where the product was shipped with free shipping, customer will be responsible for original freight cost. A re-stocking fee will also be incurred in certain situations upon return (dependent on the product).

•In-Store Returns & Exchanges:
All items purchased in store, can be returned for a full refund within 7 days. An exchange can be done within 20 days. You must have your original receipt in order to do so. All item(s) must be returned in its original 'brand-new' condition.
Seasonal Product ie. Xmas specific items such as Advent calendars are FINAL SALE
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@3ride.com.
•Online Order Cancellations:
*Please note in certain circumstances where a period of time has elapsed between credit card processing and a cancellation of an order, there could be a VISA/MC processing fee incurred (up to 10%). This is due to the fact that 3ride Sports Inc. incurs Shopify processing fees from our network and payments partners on all transactions at the time of sale. Our cancellation policy reflects that 3ride does not recoup these costs in full in instances of cancellations/refunds after an order is submitted.
•Christmas Returns & Exchanges:
The time period for returns & exchanges will be extended during the Christmas season. Returns & exchanges will honored until December 31st. For online returns/exchanges: please contact 3RIDE before Dec 31. For instore returns/exchanges: please bring your item(s) into the store before Dec 31.
